(1) Lawsuits relating to offenses punishable under this Act shall be investigated by Inspection Officers and lawsuits shall be filed with the concerned District Court within 35 days from the date of completion of such investigations. (2) While investigating and filing lawsuits under Sub-section (1), an Inspection Officer may seek the opinion of the Government Attorney, and such cases shall be defended by the Government Attorney.
